Summer Training: DAY 31

July 13th

Sleep: 7 hours 30 minutes

Bike: 13.5 miles in 1 hour 14 minutes 16 seconds, burned 546 calories. Rode 4 miles with the team then went 9.5 miles by myself! Felt good. My coach talked to me and said he thinks I rebroke my foot. I personally feel the best I have since it happened so I highly doubt that! But we’ll see Monday.

Weightlifting:
Bench Press - 152lbs 3 sets of 15
Lat Pull Down - 90lbs 3 sets of 15
Tricep Pull Down - 90lbs 3 sets of 15
Butterfly - 42lbs 3 sets of 15
All felt really easy, so idk why it sometimes feels easy and sometimes doesn’t but I won’t complain!
